Made of 100% pure British Shetland wool, this handmade beanie is in warm cinnamon and bourbon brown shade with a copper undertones.

This hat is made by Katerina using manual knitting machine and the best quality British Shetland pure wool yarn.
It is one size fits all due to the the knitting tension which brings the perfect elasticity to fit all head sizes.
The fibre is untreated which means it is only washed and not exposed to any chemical treatments prior to the dyeing which highlights the fibre's natural properties while also provides a better shape and texture.
It has been plant dyed in earthy shades of bourbon brown and cinnamon using red and yellow onion skins (byproduct from our summer onion harvest).
We work with natural dyes from our small Art Studio situated on the South Coast of England, surrounded by our garden where we grow harvest and process wide variety of plants which we use for our dye vats following traditional techniques to ensure best
quality colour fast results.
Unlike the flat synthetic colours used in water polluting factories, our hand dyed pieces are truly unique with fabrics and dyes that are 100% natural and free of all chemicals used in mass produced textile industry, making it safe for the environment and for our skin.
Our products are handmade in small batches with one of a kind finish that defines our lines as part of the slow fashion movement, where fabric time and craft take priority over trends and fast consumer culture.
